Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at hello@joninescorner.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll resolve it with a full refund or replacement — no return required.

Change of Mind — Items Under $50 If you've changed your mind about an item priced under $50, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll issue a full refund — no return needed. Please note this does not apply to items that have been used or damaged after receipt.

Change of Mind — Items $50 and Over For items priced at $50 or more, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Contact us at hello@joninescorner.com to initiate your return and we'll provide instructions and a return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for refunds or returns: gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason, with a full refund issued.

Processing Time Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit. If 15 business days have passed and you haven't received your refund, contact us at hello@joninescorner.com.
