Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Tiers

Small Decor & Accessories (candles, vases, figurines, pillows, tableware)

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Free on all orders

Lighting (pendants, floor lamps, wall sconces, chandeliers)

  • Standard shipping: 7–14 business days
  • Free on all orders
  • Items are carefully packaged; please inspect upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours

Oversized & Freight Items (sofas, dining tables, bed frames, large floor lamps)

  • Freight delivery: 10–21 business days
  • Delivery to door or curbside; white-glove delivery not included unless stated on the product page
  • You will be contacted to schedule a delivery window
  • Please inspect all items before signing — note any damage on the delivery receipt

Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to monitor your delivery at any time. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate after your confirmation email.

Damage Reporting If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at hello@joninescorner.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

International Shipping Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
