Jonine's Corner began during one of life's harder chapters — a time of rebuilding, of letting go of what didn't work, and choosing to move forward anyway. At 70, I made a decision that most people might call too late. I called it exactly right.

Why I Started Over

Starting over at this stage isn't about starting from nothing. It's about starting with everything you've learned — the wisdom, the clarity, the hard-won understanding of what actually matters. For me, that meant building something purposeful. Something that could create stability, keep me close to family, and give my days real meaning.

So I built a store the way I wanted to live: thoughtfully, intentionally, without clutter or noise.
