How do I request engraving?

After purchase, send us your engraving details in this format:
Pen color — Text — Font number — Pattern number — Position

Note: If no engraving details are received within 48 hours, we will ship unprocessed blank pens.

Is engraving free?

Yes — text and standard patterns are free. Complicated logos and engraving in more than two positions may incur a small additional fee ($0.50 per pen for two or more positions).

What ink color do the pens use?

All pens write in black ink.

Can you engrave a logo?

Yes. Send your logo file via the chat box or to wishcustom@sina.com. Most logos can be engraved; complex logos may be redesigned for best results.

What color will the engraved text appear?

Laser engraving burns off the outer metal layer, resulting in silver or dark gold text depending on the barrel material. The color cannot be customized — this is a permanent, three-dimensional finish.

Can I preview the font before ordering?

Yes. Send us your text and preferred font number during business hours and we'll share a preview.

Note on Russian fonts: Fonts 1–22 do not support Russian. Use fonts RU1–RU30 for Russian text.
